However, their main issue revolves around the leader of this group's death, Alison. After her murder, the girls start receiving letters that torture them for the problems they caused. The letters are only signed by A. The girls view this as Alison's doing because her body had not yet been discovered at the beginning. However, when her body is found, the girls realize that these letters must be coming from someone else.
