Sterile processing involves making sure everything in a health care facility is wholly cleaned and does not have any germs. Even though this may sound easy, it is a rather time consuming and complicated process since bugs are invisible. Individually, the technicians would clean the rooms as well as the equipment and utensils that used. Besides making everything clean, the technician needs to make sure everything in the room works as it should. If the place isn’t sterile, then the health care workers and patients may pick up the germs and become sick.
