This is one of the movies in the series, The Fast and the Furious, which began with an undercover police officer named Brian who infiltrates a drag racing group. To prepare, a car is purchased by the police department for him to use to gain the trust of those in the drag racing group. His reason for being undercover is to determine who is behind an intricate theft ring where a group of people is stealing merchandise. When Brian befriends the theft ring leader and falls for the friend’s sister, it becomes difficult to remain friends and still uncover the truth.
